Sustainable Development

For some of our products, we have chosen to use upcycled fibres from recycled scraps of fabric from the textile industry and we have also used recycled plastic waste to create our first 100% recycled sheer curtains.

Our supplies of raw materials and consumables mainly come from local, French sources. Our local presence in the Loire and the Rhône departments of France (near Lyon) ensures we can bring all our skills and expertise together in one place, limiting travel and reducing our carbon footprint.

Linder Sustainable Development - Recycled Yarns

100% recycled

Made from waste plastic, Linder's 100% recycled yarns and sheer curtains are soft to the touch and are resistant to washing.

Recycled curtains

The recycled yarns, or more precisely, upcycled curtains used in Linder upcycled curtains and sheers come from scraps of fabric from the textile and clothing industry. This waste is reused and recycled to give it a second life. The raw material is recovered mechanically, without using any chemical processes, and then spun and woven.

Label Oeko-Tex® Standard 100.
